1Digital Products Policy

Leadzin deals with digital products. Due to the nature of products offered, the clause of Physical Product Return does not apply.

Every effort is made to reasonably explain the products offered on our platform (www.leadzin.in) so you can make an informed purchase decision.

2Refund Window

Important: A customer can ask for a refund ONLY within 2 hours of the purchase. No refund will be made after 2 hours of purchase.

3Deductions

The following fees will be deducted from any approved refund:

5Processing Timeline

Once we receive your email and inspect the request, we will send you a notification about approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and applied to your original method of payment.

6Late or Missing Refunds

  • 2Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • 3Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • 4If you still have not received your refund, contact us directly
