If an affiliate of leadzin is found promoting other competitor products other than leadzin products, then leadzin have the rights to not allow the individual on any team calls or personal meetings.

SECTION 22- Refund Policy

The company, Leadzin, deals with digital products. Due the nature of products offered, the clause of ‘Physical Product Return’ doesn’t apply.

Every effort is made to reasonably explain about the products that are offered on our platform (www.leadzin.in).

However, in the rare instance, you are still not satisfied and wish to proceed for a refund

1. A customer can ask for the refund only within 2 Hours of the purchase.
2. No refund will be made after 2 Hours of purchase.
3. A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. Refund Request e-mail must be sent within 2 hours of purchase to contact@leadzin.in
   your refunds will be processed within 5 working days of having received such information.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive an email and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
